By accessing and using the Health Educators Inc. website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Health Educators Inc. provides CPR, first aid, and life safety training courses certified by the American Heart Association. Our services include in-facility classes at our Henrico, VA location and on-site training at client facilities throughout Virginia.
3. Class Registration & Cancellations
Registration for classes is confirmed upon receipt of payment or a confirmed booking. Cancellations must be made in advance by contacting us directly. Health Educators Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances, with notice provided to registered participants.
4. Certifications
Upon successful completion of a course, participants receive an American Heart Association certification card valid for two years. Certification is contingent on satisfactory completion of all required skills and written components of the course.
5. Limitation of Liability
Health Educators Inc. makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date training based on current AHA guidelines. However, we are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the application of skills learned in our courses. CPR and first aid training does not guarantee successful resuscitation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, and course materials, is the property of Health Educators Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Changes to Terms
Health Educators Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
